3. Merchant Responsibility

• Ensure sufficient funds for payouts
• Verify affiliate eligibility
• Approve commissions before payment

4. Affiliate Responsibility

• Provide accurate payout details
• Complete identity verification if required

5. Fees

Payment processors may charge transaction or service fees. Sprusify may also charge platform fees where applicable.

6. Delays and Failures

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or compliance reviews.

7. Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable financial, tax, and anti-money laundering laws.

8. Disputes

Payment disputes must be resolved between the merchant and affiliate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sprusify is not liable for failed, delayed, or disputed payments.
